We’re JABARI, a social impact company helping young people from black and ethnic minority backgrounds break into top industries. We partner with brands like adidas, Red Bull, and Warner Bros Discovery to run events, campaigns, and programmes that connect them with diverse Gen Z talent.

🟡 About the Role
We’re looking for freelance creatives who live and breathe TikTok and short-form video. You’ll visit our clients’ offices to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes content that feels real not corporate. Think day-in-the-life, culture moments, and the energy of being inside top brands.

🔵 You’ll be responsible for:

  • Filming TikTok-style behind-the-scenes videos at client offices

  • Capturing authentic, engaging moments that resonate with our audience

  • Editing short-form content optimised for TikTok and Instagram Reels

  • Working with our team to plan content that showcases culture, people, and spaces

  • Delivering final videos within 72 hours of filming

🟢 You should have:

  • A proven track record creating TikTok or Reels content that drives engagement

  • Confidence filming on camera and appearing on camera when needed

  • A strong understanding of Gen Z trends, humour, and attention-grabbing storytelling

  • A portfolio or examples of TikTok content you’ve created
