Partnerships Coordinator, LFC Foundation
⚪ About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation team as a Partnerships Coordinator.
The LFC Charity Foundation is the official charity partner for Liverpool Football Club. The Partnerships Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage the day-to-day relationships with Club Partners who support the work of the LFC Foundation. The role will require excellent stakeholder relationships and effective project and time management skills
🟡 What will you be doing?
Work closely with the LFC Partnerships Team to build excellent relationships with Club Partners and Stakeholders
Ensure the LFC Foundation are delivering all KPI’s in relation to funding provided by Club Partners for programme delivery
Support and deliver LFC Foundation specific campaigns and activations for Club Partners
Grow trust and confidence within the Partner’s organisation by understanding the Partners’ industry category and their business, marketing, and sponsorship objectives
Build strong working relationships within other Club departments
Undertake any projects or assignments as required
Support in the development of programmes as part of the sales process for new partners
Contribute to match day operations and other partnership events/projects where required
Ensure all our practices our inclusive and accessible to all
Safeguarding
Ensure LFC Foundation quality and safeguarding standards are achieved and maintained at all times
LFCF and LFC Policy and Procedures
To support with LFC Foundation programme development across all delivery areas
To ensure compliance with all relevant LFC Foundation policies, including health and safety policies and safeguarding
To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements
To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, maintaining a professional image at all times when representing the LFC Foundation and Liverpool Football Club
To keep confidential any information gained regarding the LFC Foundation and its personnel
🟢 Who are we looking for?
Essential Knowledge
Demonstrable experience of working in project and stakeholder management
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Competent in Microsoft Office
Essential Functional / Technical Skills
Educated to relevant degree level – or equivalent
Experience of writing and implementing project plans
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for a period of 12 months, working 35 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our Anfield Sports and Community Centre.
